• Budget Setting: Leading the development and management of complex budgets across multiple departments with multiple revenue streams.
• Business Partnering: Collaborating closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Cost Allocation: Designing and implementing robust cost allocation models to ensure accurate reporting and accountability.
• Revenue Stream Management: Navigating multiple income sources including events, venues, catering, and new business ventures.
• Forecasting & Planning: Supporting long-term financial planning for new opportunities and seasonal activities.

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven track record in a similar role with the ability to challenge the status quo and change mindsets with experienced but non-finance managers
• Skills:
