About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Administration Support & Receptionist to join a not-for-profit retirement housing organisation for a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and potential buyers in a professional and approachable manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Support the Sales Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Preparing documents and correspondence.
- Managing appointment schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Previous experience in administration or reception roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
