Part Time Admin & Receptionist

Location: Stevenage
Contract: 3-Month Temporary Position
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start: Mid January

About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Administration Support & Receptionist to join a not-for-profit retirement housing organisation for a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and potential buyers in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Support the Sales Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
    • Preparing documents and correspondence.
    • Managing appointment schedules.
    • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in administration or reception roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
