Your new role
This is a newly created Part-Time Admin Assistant job working as part of a small team reporting in to the Office Administrator. This is a broad-ranging administration job supporting a close-knit team and the smooth running of the office. Duties include but not limited to:
- Reception duties and dealing with post and deliveries
- Answering incoming calls
- Scanning and serving refreshments for meetings
- Updating the in-house system with clients and contact amendments
- Preparing forms
- Binding, photocopying hardcopy documents
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will require:
Great time management and organisation skills
- The ability to work in a small team environment
- Proactive with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Minimum of 1 year recent administration experience
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
