Part-Time Admin Assistant working 22.5 hours Wed/Thu/Fri | Saxmundham

Your new role

This is a newly created Part-Time Admin Assistant job working as part of a small team reporting in to the Office Administrator. This is a broad-ranging administration job supporting a close-knit team and the smooth running of the office. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Reception duties and dealing with post and deliveries
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Scanning and serving refreshments for meetings
  • Updating the in-house system with clients and contact amendments
  • Preparing forms
  • Binding, photocopying hardcopy documents

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this job you will require:

  • Great time management and organisation skills

  • The ability to work in a small team environment
  • Proactive with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Minimum of 1 year recent administration experience
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
