Your new role

You will be a reliable and detail‑driven Accounts Assistant to support our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, understands stock processes, and wants a varied position within a growing business.

• Processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, and supplier statements
• Reconciling accounts and assisting with month‑end tasks
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting stock control processes
• Investigating stock discrepancies and liaising with suppliers
• Updating internal systems with accurate financial and stock data
• General administrative and finance support as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in an accounts or finance support role
• Confident working with stock systems or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software, ideally Xero
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
