Part i opportunity in Kent. Bespoke studio covering residential projects.

Are you a creative and motivated Part I Architectural Assistant looking to join a friendly and ambitious studio? We’re working with a small but dynamic architectural practice based just outside Royal Tunbridge Wells, specialising in high-quality residential projects – from striking Grand Designs-style new builds to sensitive barn conversions, extensions, and refurbishments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas are valued, and your development is a priority. The studio offers a nurturing environment with real scope for growth, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their architectural career.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the team across all RIBA stages on a variety of bespoke residential projects
Producing drawings, visuals, and documentation using Revit (training can be provided)
Engaging in design development and client presentations
Assisting with planning applications and technical detailing

What we’re looking for:

A Part I graduate Architectural Assistant
A passion for residential architecture and thoughtful design
Strong communication and organisational skills
Revit experience is a plus, but not essential – training and support will be provided.
Due to the studio’s rural location, a driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.

Why apply?

Join a close-knit, friendly team with a strong design ethos
Work on a diverse range of exciting residential projects
Enjoy a supportive environment with close mentoring and career development
Competitive salary based on experience
Hybrid working if required, alongside a pleasant studio set-up

If you’re ready to contribute to beautiful, meaningful architecture in a studio that values creativity and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
