Design-led growing studio in SE1, community and educational projects, great studio set-up and hybrid working.

Hays Architecture are currently representing a design-led studio who are seeking a Part i architectural assistant to join their growing team.

They are a talented group of Architects based in SE1 with an impressive portfolio of projects across education and community-led sectors. Their key philosophy is collaboration, which is at the forefront of their relationships; both within the studio, and with their clients. Each project and client has a different need, and this results in a bespoke understanding and a unique design.

With growth planned for 2026, they are seeking a talented part I, who has already gained some studio experience, but is now looking for a new place to call home and build their career with a team that ensures every member of staff has rounded involvement from day one. They believe in nurturing talent, encouraging input, ideas, and providing opportunities for continuous learning and development. They are seeking someone who is truly passionate about what they do.

They are seeking a candidate with exceptional portfolio presentation, displaying rounded skills and a clear passion for quality design and technical accuracy. The practice uses Revit exclusively, and although support may be offered, those with an existing footing would be regarded positively.

They have a modern forward-thinking open office culture, which is hard-working but relaxed. They are based in a vibrant area of SE1, close to London Bridge tube and overground lines. The team work on a hybrid basis, with lots of flexibility.
