Commercial In-House Paralegal job in Liverpool - With future opportunity to secure a training contract

Based in Liverpool, you will join a talented team and the business needs a professional and customer-facing paralegal to join a fast-paced environment with a business growing at speed.
Your new role
You will have excellent exposure to a range of legal matters from responding to general in-house legal queries, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, supporting on a range of projects, including M&A activity, and assisting with real estate matters. You will be responsible for keeping up to date with industry regulations in order to remain compliant and provide accurate advice to the group, as well as gaining exposure to international work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have completed either a law degree or GDL to a high standard with aspirations to train and qualify as a commercial lawyer. You will be proactive with excellent communication skills and a strong academic record. This is an excellent opportunity for LPC graduates or SQE trainees looking to qualify into commercial law, as the role will evolve as your experience develops.
