Maintenance Painter - Derry/Londonderry - CSR Card Required

Your new company

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Painter to join our dedicated property services team. You’ll be working across a number of social housing properties in Derry/Londonderry.

Your new role

Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating across occupied and void properties
Preparing surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, and priming
Completing minor repairs as needed to ensure a quality finish
Working respectfully in tenants’ homes
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety guidelines

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a painter or maintenance decorator
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence is preferable but pick-up points are also available.
