Painters & Decorators | Leicestershire | £24.00 Per Hour | 37 Hours Per Week | Long-Term Contract

We're currently recruiting for experienced Painters & Decorators to join a well-established housing provider working across Leicestershire. Working within the Planned Works Team, you'll be carrying out internal and external decorating works within occupied social housing properties.

The Role

Internal and external painting and decorating
Preparation of surfaces including filling, sanding and making good
Emulsion and gloss work to walls, ceilings, woodwork and doors
Completing refurbishment and planned maintenance works
Working in occupied residential properties
Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements

Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
Experience within social housing, planned works or residential maintenance preferred
Own transport
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
