• Provide immediate first aid care to students and staff when required
• Respond to medical emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and treatments
• Support the safeguarding and welfare of pupils across the school day
• Work closely with staff to promote a safe and healthy school environment

• Valid Paediatric First Aid qualification (essential)
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
