An established construction company based in the Cardiff area.
Your new role
Working as a Personal Assistant to the Project Team, you will primarily support 3 Project Managers in their day-to-day activities, as well as providing ad-hoc PA support to the wider Senior Management Team.
Duties will include the following
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a proven Personal Assistant with a track record of supporting senior management. You'll be a strong team player, as well as being able to work independently when required. You'll be comfortable working in the office 2–3 days per week. You'll be discreet, professional, and proactive. You'll be confident in managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities when required.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary to permanent position to start ASAP. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch. Hybrid working, with the expectation of being in the office 2–3 days per week. Offices are located in central Cardiff. Robust onboarding plan as part of the wider onboarding process.

- Full diary management, including organisation of board and external stakeholder meetings
- Taking minutes and distribution of minutes
- Preparation of board packs
- Coordinate room bookings, refreshments, and logistics for internal and external meetings
- Travel and accomodation booking
- Reconciliation of credit card expenses
- Producing and circulating reports.
- Dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Inbox management
- Health and Safety administration
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as they arise
