Hays are recruiting exclusively a PA to director's for a prestigious luxury brand renowned for excellence, innovation, and timeless elegance. With a global presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, we are seeking a highly professional and discreet Personal Assistant to support our senior leadership team on a permanent basis. This is a fully office-based role on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre.
Your new role
As PA to multiple directors, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination of their schedules, travel, and communications. You will be a trusted gatekeeper and a proactive problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and a polished, professional demeanour.
You will be responsible for:Diary Management: Coordinate complex calendars across time zones, schedule meetings, and manage appointments with precision and discretion.
Travel Coordination: Organise international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries, ensuring a luxury-standard experience.
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure directors are fully briefed ahead of meetings.
Correspondence & Typing: Draft, format, and proofread high-quality documents, emails, and presentations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity.
Event & Appointment Booking: Arrange high-end events, dinners, and appointments, often with VIPs and high-profile clients.
Administrative Excellence: Maintain filing systems, expense reports, and other administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an EA or PA supporting senior executives, ideally within a luxury, or high-end environment.Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Impeccable written and verbal communication.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
