This is a new role, working for a great organisation that is growing and requiring additional support to work within the team.
Job Summary
Provides PA and administrative support to two/three Consultants.
The role requires planning and management of diaries, visit planning, management of workflow process and documentation and overall contribution to the Business Support Team.
Contribution to the day-to-day housekeeping and administrative duties within the office.

Skills and Qualifications
- GCSE/O’ level qualifications in English and Maths minimum
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite programs (preferably Office 365)
Experience
Background in an administrative support or personal assistant role with the ability to demonstrate the following experience or skills:
- Complex diary management
- Time/task management and prioritisation
- Proactive planning and organisation of workflow processes
- Documentation production and proofreading
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Team collaboration and engagement

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the diary and meeting schedules for nominated consultants, including internal meetings and client visits.
Ensuring meeting requests are responded to promptly. - Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transport, and overnight accommodation, where required.
- Maintain internal work logs and trackers, including task lists and project dashboards, keeping them updated daily.
- Communicate with other team members on workflow, reporting any delays or issues, tracking progress through to completion.
- Proofreading and formatting of all documentation, reports, risk assessments, audits and presentations, as required.
- Monitoring consultants' incoming and outgoing email and responding as required.
- Liaise with clients and business contacts in relation to meetings, visits, work delivery and scheduling of reports.
- Maintain an electronic filing system of documents and emails.
- Ensuring prompt invoicing is undertaken for expenses in relation to client work undertaken where applicable.
- Administering Consultant’s expenses.
- Undertaking client fee reviews for ongoing retained agreements.
- Undertake regular time reviews as required for retained agreements and one-off projects and ensure any overrun or underrun is fed into management reporting.
- Ensure team engagement through maintaining good working relationships with all team members.
