A well established and global organisation in High Wycombe are seeking an experienced PA/Office Administrator to join them.
Your new role
As the PA/Office Administrator, you will be focused on providing excellent service to our internal and external customers/colleagues through a flexible and can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Complete Events Management and Travel (Accommodation, flights, etc.)
- Complete Office Admin & Co-ordination
- Operations (Archiving, H&S, end-to-end office administration)
- Stock management
- Adhoc business support
In order to be successful in applying for the position of PA/Office Administrator, you will have the following:
- Experience of working with a team to ensure objectives are met and the ability to work on own initiative to get things done.
- Attention to detail – to focus on completeness and accuracy at all times.
- Organised – ability to work independently, organising and prioritising workload effectively, to ensure completion of given tasks in a timely manner.
- Adaptability – is able and willing to carry out a wide variety of tasks as part of the day to day work schedule.
- Ability to learn – quickly learns and understands new information and skills, seeking help where necessary.
- Efficiency – focusses on objectives and tasks in hand, is able to allocate time appropriately for the completion of given tasks.
- Computer literate – previous Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Self-starter with a ‘can do’ approach
- Positive outlook – to remain calm and professional at all times
- Demonstrate at all times the Company’s values of Integrity, Delivery and Teamwork
