Your new role

Providing comprehensive, high‑level administrative and organisational support to the company's Chief Executive and two other Senior Directors of a fast‑paced construction company. This role ensures the effective management of the Chief Executive’s schedule, facilitates smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders, and supports strategic business activities to enable effective leadership and operational delivery.

Duties include:

  • Manage and prioritise the Chief Executive’s diary, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, papers, presentations, and briefings.
  • Attend key meetings when required, taking confidential minutes and tracking actions.
  • Proactively filter, prioritise, and respond to communications (email, calls, correspondence) on behalf of the Chief Executive.
  • Oversee and improve executive office processes, ensuring smooth workflow across the organisation.
  • Organise company events, site visits, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a PA, EA, or senior administrator supporting C‑suite or senior leadership.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate business needs.
