Outreach Worker – Complex Cases – Rochdale

We’re seeking a committed Outreach Worker to join the team in Rochdale, supporting people who have experienced homelessness and remain within the system. You’ll work with a small but complex caseload, requiring strong knowledge of local housing and support processes, and the ability to navigate multi‑agency partnerships effectively.

This is a temporary role until early 2026, with the chance to apply for the permanent position.

It’s a full‑time, on‑site role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm). We are offering hourly rates between £17.10 and £19.30

The position involves lone working and close collaboration with partner agencies, so previous experience in the field is essential — we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
An Enhanced DBS check is required.
