As OTC Sales Director, you will lead the UK retail strategy for the company’s OTC product portfolio. This high-impact role will focus on driving commercial success through major supermarket chains, high street retailers, and discounters.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong network and existing relationships with UK retailers such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Boots, Superdrug, Aldi, Lidl, and Poundland.
- Proven track record in OTC, consumer healthcare, or FMCG sales leadership.
- Expertise in UK retail buying cycles, category management, and promotional planning.
- Commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
