Organisational Design and Change Manager
Day Rate: £500 per day
Contract: Interim
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Design and Change Manager to lead and deliver strategic change initiatives aligned with corporate principles. This role is pivotal in shaping organisational design and ensuring smooth adoption of new operating models, processes, and systems.

You will plan, develop, and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments. Working closely with the Programme Director and Lead, you will oversee organisational readiness, manage resistance, and reinforce change to minimise disruption and drive successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational design and operational model changes in line with lean and efficient principles.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and communications.
  • Conduct change readiness and impact assessments, ensuring organisational preparedness.
  • Facilitate training and support leaders in sustaining long-term change.
  • Input into digital integration, including Oracle dependencies and design overlay.
  • Manage resistance and foster stakeholder buy-in for a smooth transition.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven ability to lead complex change management initiatives and organisational design projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering communications and training to support change adoption.
  • Skilled in conducting readiness and impact assessments, managing resistance, and driving smooth transitions.
  • Experience in organisational development, restructuring, and process mapping aligned with lean principles.
  • Solid project management capability with adaptability in dynamic environments.
