Organic Social Content Lead - Retail - Central London - up to £70,000

Your new company
A hyper‑growth, social‑first consumer brand creating highly shareable products enjoyed by millions worldwide. Already achieving hundreds of millions of organic views, the business is scaling rapidly by building content that spreads natively across platforms rather than relying on paid media alone. This is a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment where creativity, experimentation, and speed matter. The company operates with a small, nonperforming team and gives real ownership to people who want to build systems, not just execute tasks.

Your new role
You will own the end‑to‑end strategy for driving organic views across all owned social channels. Your mission is to turn content into a scalable growth engine - building repeatable viral formats, testing new creative approaches, and ensuring learnings directly influence wider marketing performance.
You will set the creative direction across multiple brands and SKUs, lead a growing team, and design the systems that allow high‑volume, high‑quality content to ship consistently. You’ll manage experimentation (including emerging formats, AI‑generated content, memes, and platform‑native trends), while holding clear ownership of view targets across a large portfolio of social accounts.
The role sits at the centre of the business, supplying performance signals to paid and partner marketing teams, informing inventory and revenue decisions, and ultimately ensuring organic attention turns into measurable commercial impact.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience building and scaling organic social ecosystems, with a strong intuition for viral content.
  • A track record of setting creative direction while maintaining operational rigour at high output volumes.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation: forming hypotheses, running tests, documenting results, and scaling winners.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing creative or marketing teams.
  • Comfort working with data - interpreting performance signals, building reporting frameworks, and linking views to revenue outcomes.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and confidence taking ownership of both execution and results.
  • A genuine obsession with internet culture, emerging formats, and how content behaves across platforms.
What you'll get in return
  • A high‑impact leadership role with true ownership over organic growth strategy.
  • Creative freedom to experiment, test, and scale ideas at pace.
  • A collaborative, ambitious team environment where strong performance is visible and valued.
  • Hybrid working with a central London office.
  • Competitive benefits including generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, regular team events, and product perks.
  • The opportunity to shape a function that directly drives the company’s growth trajectory through organic attention
