Oracle Cloud Engineer

Oracle Cloud Support Engineer - Inside IR35:

We are seeking a Oracle Cloud Engineer to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis. You will need to have previous experience being a hands-on oracle cloud engineer. As a Oracle Cloud Engineer, you will be working as part of the Oracle Finance and HR systems programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on an oracle fusion programme, being an technical consultant on the oracle programme.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and security, following best practices.
  • Successfully manage and execute environment refresh cycles for development, testing, staging, and production environments, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
  • Seamlessly implement Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, ensuring system compatibility, thorough testing, and user communication.
  • Manage and support Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), ensuring secure user identity management, access control, and compliance with authentication and authorization policies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain effective integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring smooth data and process integration between Oracle Cloud services and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within OIC integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving support tickets efficiently and accurately, prioritizing issues based on impact and urgency.
  • Provide clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams, translating technical details into understandable terms.

Essential Experience Required:

  • Experience working as an oracle cloud engineer in a oracle implementation capacity is essential
  • Experience working within the public sector is desirable.
  • Hands on Experience

Essential Skills Required:

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (SaaS, PaaS & IaaS)
  • Oracle Fusion Tech Support Experience
  • Oracle Cloud support experience
  • OIC experience.
  • IDCS Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Be able to adapt quickly
