Job Title: Oracle Integration and Data Architect
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + 5% bonus
About the Role:
Join a leading independent consulting practice at the forefront of Oracle's cloud strategy. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration and Data Architect to lead complex cloud implementations, utilizing SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS components from Oracle's portfolio. You’ll work collaboratively with a team of skilled consultants to drive digital transformation for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale Oracle PaaS solutions, focusing on API, Microservices, and front-end architecture.
- Act as a data architect for intricate data migration projects.
- Support pre-sales activities by articulating the benefits of Oracle’s PaaS and IaaS offerings.
- Advocate for cloud-native approaches and contribute to technology solution development.
- Collaborate with global teams to create a pipeline of PaaS business initiatives.
- Guide implementation methodologies and communicate effectively with offshore teams.
- Stay updated on Oracle trends and integrate relevant technologies into architectural designs.
- Build strong client relationships to deliver customer-centric solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
We value a diverse range of backgrounds. While not all skills are mandatory, we welcome applicants with experience in traditional or cloud-based Oracle implementations, API/Microservices architecture, or data migration. Key qualifications include:
- Proven track record in leading Oracle PaaS solutions, including Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI Services.
- Experience with Oracle SaaS solutions and Oracle eBusiness Suite/SOA.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectural design and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and experience with distributed project delivery.
- Ability to cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Genuine interest in Oracle PaaS technologies.
- Eligibility for SC clearance or willingness to undergo the process.
