An industry leading business is looking for an experienced People Manager

Your new company
This business is a leading business psychology consultancy on a mission to make workplaces fairer. They specialise in diversity and inclusion across culture, recruitment, and development, helping global organisations unlock the power of difference.

Your new role
As Operations Team Manager, you’ll lead their Client Support team and oversee day to day office operations. Based in Kidlington (with hybrid options), you’ll manage people, facilities, budgets, and internal events, while supporting HR administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be an experienced team leader who has had exposure to all aspects of managing a team. This would include anything from managing performance, developing the team, conducting PDPs, setting targets and managing disciplinaries, to name a few. You will also have strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools. Discretion and a proactive mindset are key.

What you'll get in return
