TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OPERATIONS MANAGER - SHEFFIELD SITE BASED - 40K - 45K

Join a thriving retail business on a temporary to permanent basis in Sheffield as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations across production and dispatch. This strategic role supports board-level goals, drives efficiency, and ensures smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations across production and dispatch
  • Manage and support 3 Team Leaders within staffing and revenue budgets
  • Recruit seasonal temporary staff
  • Analyse sales and output data to inform forecasting and target setting
  • Oversee supplier relationships and stock planning
  • Authorise payments and support cash flow management with finance
  • Develop and review products based on sales demand

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and supplier relationship skills
