Your new role

As Operations Manager (New Business), you will manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client onboarding for lending and bridging finance products.
• Completing KYC and compliance checks accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in operations or onboarding within financial services, ideally lending.

• Strong knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
