Analyst – Operations Business Management
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join an Operations Business Management team. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring the secure, compliant handling of confidential documentation—critical to the transition towards a predominantly paperless environment.
The successful candidate will also contribute to broader business management functions, including reporting, coordination, and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of business management initiatives and strategic projects across Operations.
  • Manage and organise confidential documentation, ensuring secure handling and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Drive digitisation and archiving efforts as part of the firm’s paperless strategy.
  • Provides general support across business management activities, including reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and improve documentation workflows, identifying opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and compliant documentation practices.
  • Escalate risks or issues related to document handling and project execution

Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in operations, administration, or business support roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
