Your new role

To supervise a team of up to 20 cleaning operators to ensure we deliver the service level requirements for the contract. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance in line with the BICS industry standards as well as ensuring all Health and Safety requirements associated with the working environment are adhered to.

What you'll need to succeed

Supervisory experience preferred – although training will be given
IT Literate
Ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to work on my own and as part of the wider team
Working knowledge & understanding of health and safety policies
