Operational Resilience Programme Manager - hybrid working - initial 3-month contract

Programme Manager – Ops Resilience

Are you an experienced professional with a broad background in operational resilience and third-party risk programmes, who has worked in large financial services organisations?

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in London-based role
Duration: initial 3 months
Rate: up to £850pd inside ir35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage programmes with broad operational resilience experience
Understand and implement key ICT and third-party requirements
Support customer assurance and audit processes
Create and deliver engaging content
Manage audience engagement and drive deliverables to completion
Oversee project background and ensure timely delivery

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in operations resilience, ideally in DORA
Strong understanding of customer assurance
Proven ability to create and deliver impactful content
Ability to manage deliverables from start to finish
Experience with project backgrounds and end-of-year delivery
