Your new role
As Planning Manager, you will lead our planning functions and help shape the future of supply chain operations. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a small, high-performing team across operational planning
  • Driving strategic planning initiatives across mid- to long-term horizons
  • Supporting and improving day-to-day planning and forecasting across six high-speed production lines
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance planning processes and supply chain efficiency
  • Liaising with our partners on a strategic level to ensure that the our high level of service is maintained.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in operational or demand planning within FMCG or similar industries
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving capabilities
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Enthusiasm to shape and evolve planning processes from the ground up
  • Someone able to take ownership of a new role with room to grow and innovate
