Permanent Part-time Office Manager role based in Wilmslow, immediate starting
Your new company
This organisation is seeking a part-time office manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours could potentially increase to full-time within the next 6 months, so ideally, you need to be open to part-time and full-time work.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing office management support alongside having some financial responsibilities too. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the small office, including opening the post, managing files and customer queries. Financial duties will also include processing invoices, reconciling invoices, supporting with payments and cash flow. You will also help improve and streamline processes, liaise with suppliers and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as an office manager will help you succeed in this role. You are able to work well in a small team and environment and can manage your own time effectively. You're able to prioritise tasks well and can work well independently. You have excellent attention to detail, and have great organisational skills. You're an excellent communicator both with internal and external stakeholders. You are flexible to currently work part-time and then potentially work full-time hours in a few months' time.
