Your new company

This energy company based in London is recruiting for an Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is an ongoing temporary role with the view to convert across to permanency. This role is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, with all 5 days in the office.

Your new role

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional front-of-house services while keeping the office running smoothly. Duties will include:
  • Handling the front-of-house and reception, welcoming visitors, answering calls and booking meeting rooms.
  • Overseeing the office management including office stock, liaising with suppliers and more.
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to teams and managers when requested.
  • Acting as point of contact for IT-related issues, liaising with external suppliers when necessary.
  • Assisting with HR processes including new staff onboarding, staff leave and timesheets.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
  • Proven experience in a varied Office Manager role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple duties and prioritise when necessary.
  • Ability to operate independently and within a team environment.
  • Polished, professional etiquette and manner when dealing with all colleagues and clients.
