Your new role

This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring the accuracy of administrative and finance processes. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth operations, supporting colleagues, and delivering a professional experience to customers and suppliers alike.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Creating customer quotes and invoices and maintaining accurate bookkeeping
  • Maintaining accurate processing transactions
  • Preparing monthly management reports
  • Supporting month-end reconciliations
  • General office administration and record-keeping

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year’s experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
