Part-time | Office-based | Administrator

I am working with a client in Brighouse to recruit an office administrator. My client is looking for someone on a temporary period with a view to going permanent. It is part-time hours split across 5 days from Monday to Friday.

The Role
Working as a key member of the office team, you will take responsibility for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring the day-to-day office operations run efficiently.
Duties will include:
  • Managing incoming calls, post, and general correspondence
  • Providing administrative support across multiple departments
  • Maintaining office systems, files, and records
  • Supporting office facilities, supplies, and stock control
  • Assisting with documentation, reporting, and general office organisation
About You
To be considered, you must have prior experience in a busy office administration role and be confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
You will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support position
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to support wider teams
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
