A growing organisation is looking for their first Office Administrator!

Your new company

This company is a cutting-edge engineering business who have state-of-the-art facilities in Oxfordshire across several sites. Due to expansion, they now need an Office Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis to support with administration across their sites in Oxfordshire.

Your new role

You’ll play a vital role in keeping their operations running smoothly across their Abingdon and Kidlington sites. You’ll work closely with the Office Management and Accounts Payable teams, supporting everything from meeting coordination and client visits, to facilities management and finance administration. This is a full-time, hands-on position with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A car and UK driving licence are essential, as you’ll be working across multiple locations and be in the office each day.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have at least 2 years experience in a similar administrative role. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. You will be confident using Microsoft Office and be an adaptable, proactive and natural team player. You will need to be comfortable travelling between the sites in Oxfordshire. You will be based in the office with no hybrid working.
