OD Partner - 12 Month FTC - Hybrid Working - Immediate start available

About the Role
As an Organisational Development Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving people initiatives across the business. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and HR colleagues to design and embed learning frameworks that support talent development, leadership capability, and cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of learning and development frameworks aligned to business strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and co-create solutions that drive performance.
  • Support change management initiatives and embed OD practices across the organisation.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate the impact of OD interventions and continuously improve.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in an OD role within a commercial environment.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing learning frameworks and development strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and outcomes-focused mindset.

This is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid working that includes up to 3 days a week working from home.
