OD Coordinator | £32,432 | 6 Month FTC | Liverpool City Centre | Hybrid | 35-Hour Week

A large, diverse public sector organisation, based in Liverpool City Centre, currently seeking to recruit an organised OD Coordinator, professional to join their team on a 6-month basis initially. You will join a close-knit team of dynamic, friendly and motivating professionals.

Your New Role

As OD Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating a variety of development and engagement activities, including:

  • Workforce Development Programmes: Coordinate initiatives such as Graduate Schemes, Apprenticeships, Work Experience, and Supported Internships.
  • Learning & Development: Organise both in-person and virtual learning sessions, workshops, and OD events.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the delivery of engagement activities under the People Strategy, including Lunch & Learns, mentoring events, and all-employee conferences.
  • Employee Networks: Provide consistent communication and support across internal networks.
  • Forum & Group Coordination: Assist with People & Culture, OD & Wellbeing forums and working groups.
  • Apprenticeship Levy Management: Administer the Digital Account Service, liaise with stakeholders, and produce reports and evaluations.
  • Inbox & Action Management: Triage and allocate actions from the Learning inbox.
  • Process Administration: Maintain manual processes and work with the Systems Team to identify digitalisation opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in organisational development, operating in a HR team.
  • Strong coordination and project support skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience in the public sector or large organisations is desirable.
