About the Roles
As an Occupational Therapist supporting SEN schools, you may work with pupils with:
- ASD
- Sensory processing difficulties
- Physical disabilities
- Developmental delays
- Complex learning needs
Your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individual OT programmes
- Collaborating with SENCOs, teachers and support staff
- Providing 1:1 or small-group interventions
- Supporting EHCP (Education, Health & Care Plan) targets
- Advising on specialist equipment and adaptations
What You’ll Need
- HCPC registration (or pending)
- Experience working with children or young people (education or clinical settings)
- A passion for supporting learners with additional needs
- Right to work in the UK
