Nursery Team Manager in Tower Hamlets, East London. Competitive Salary!
Salary: £36,999.33 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary role until 31/12/2025 (potentially can become permanent for the right candidate)

As Nursery Team Manager, you will lead a passionate team of early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5. You’ll be based daily at the Bow nursery, working opposite the Deputy Manager on a rota of either 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, ensuring a consistent leadership presence. In addition to your Bow responsibilities, you’ll also provide supervision and support to the Deputy Manager at the Hackney nursery, maintaining oversight and ensuring alignment across both sites.
Key responsibilities
•Lead and inspire a team of nursery staff to deliver outstanding childcare
•Oversee planning and implementation of age-appropriate learning activities
•Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory and Ofsted requirements
•Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community
•Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and operational efficiency
•Champion safeguarding and child protection protocols
What you'll need to succeed
•Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years Education
•Proven experience in a nursery management or senior practitioner role
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•In-depth knowledge of EYFS framework and Ofsted standards
•A passion for early years development and inclusive practice
