Nursery Teacher post, permanent contract, paid to scale MPS/UPS

This Nursery School has a proud history and a bold future. They serve children aged 3–5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment that values curiosity, creativity, and care. This school is well resourced and deeply rooted in the community.

They are entering a period of renewal, reimagining the curriculum, strengthening their pedagogy, and building a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.

This position is to start ASAP or January (depending on notice period).

They need experienced teachers who:

Have substantial Early Years experience and a deep understanding of child development
Are confident in leading practice and guiding colleagues through change
Can take on additional responsibilities and contribute to strategic planning
Are passionate about inclusive education and safeguarding
Thrive in a collaborative, reflective, and ambitious environment

This role is ideal for someone who sees a challenge as an opportunity and who wants to be part of something meaningful.
Unfortunately, this is not suitable for ECTs.
