Your new role

Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and supporting children with additional needs through early intervention
- Creating and reviewing targeted support plans and individual learning strategies
- Working closely with staff to model inclusive practice and provide guidance
- Building strong, supportive relationships with families
- Liaising with external agencies, such as health visitors, speech and language therapists, and SEND services
- Ensuring the nursery meets all statutory requirements relating to SEND
- Keeping accurate records and contributing to assessments and reports
- Supporting staff training and development in SEND awareness and practice
This role suits someone who is compassionate, organised, confident in communication, and committed to ensuring every child feels valued, supported and understood.
What you'll need to succeed
