Nursery Room Teacher (2–3-Year-Olds) Part-Time January Start

Are you an experienced early years' educator with a passion for leading engaging, creative environments for toddlers?

We are seeking a confident and nurturing Nursery Room Teacher to lead our 2–3 year old group. This part-time role (8am–1:30pm, term time only) begins in January and offers a salary range of £17,000–£20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small group of 2–3-year-olds with warmth and confidence.
  • Set up a stimulating and creative learning environment daily.
  • Contribute to planning and curriculum delivery.
  • Complete observations, reports, and Tapestry entries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to support children’s development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a group in a nursery or school setting.
  • A personality that brings warmth and energy to the room.

    Optional SENDCo Responsibility: This role can include SENDCo duties for an additional £1,000 salary uplift. Responsibilities include termly staff meetings, strategy support, parent liaison, training delivery, paperwork oversight, and EHCP contributions.
