Your new role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you play a vital role in shaping children’s early experiences. Your day will be filled with opportunities to support learning, spark curiosity and help children feel safe, valued and confident.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5
- Planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities that support the EYFS framework
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Observing and recording children’s development to support their individual learning journeys
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team to maintain a high‑quality setting
- Encouraging independence, creativity and confidence in every child

What you'll need to succeed

- Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years
