About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of practitioners.
Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively.
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain an outstanding learning environment.
About You
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare and education.
