Location: Brighton
Position: Full-time, Apprenticeship (30 hours per week)
Salary: £7.55 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of fun, engaging activities
• Supporting children’s emotional and physical development
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observing and recording children’s progress
• Contributing to a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration
• Studying to obtain your Level 3 Childcare qualification

What you'll need to succeed

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Experience with children aged 0–5 years preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and engagement skills with children, families, and colleagues
• No formal qualifications required – just a commitment to learning and growing
