NRPF Officer role on a full-time temporary ongoing contract with Birmingham City Council
Your new company

The Council is committed to safeguarding vulnerable people and meeting its statutory responsibilities while supporting households to achieve greater stability and independence. You will be joining a dedicated team focused on supporting households with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF).
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in housing, homelessness, safeguarding, or a related support role
- An understanding of NRPF households and safeguarding responsibilities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage challenging situations, complaints, and escalations
- Good administrative skills with attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle and willingness to add business insurance once a start date is confirmed
What you'll get in return
