NQ solicitor job in Leeds, must have non-contentious intellectual property experience. Legal 500 firm.
I am keen to speak with qualified solicitor candidates who have non-contentious intellectual property experience about a new and exciting opportunity for an amazing intellectual property specialist practice. My client is a leading Legal 500 ranked law firm in Leeds and this is an opportunity to work closely with a very experienced Partner on a number of high-profile, high-value and commercially critical projects.
If you have recently qualified as a solicitor and have previous experience working on commercial / IP transactions, then this would be an excellent opportunity for you if you are looking to build your career with market-leading experts in the intellectual property sector.
You can expect to be involved in drafting and negotiating many complex IP, IT and commercial agreements including (but not limited to) licensing and assigning IP, collaboration agreements, R&D agreements, SaaS agreements, agile agreements, terms and conditions, supply, distribution and agency agreements. Your client base will include businesses and institutions of all sizes and across all sectors and there will, as a result, be excellent opportunities for business development.
Candidates can expect a quick turnaround when it comes to interview requests as my client is keen to recruit the right individual sooner rather than later.
For further information about this opportunity and a confidential chat, please call me on 0113 200 3717 or e-mail across a copy of your CV to Samuel.Higgins@hays.com.
