Your new role
You will join the New Product Development team, supporting the creation and launch of new products from concept through to production. The role involves kitchen and factory trials, specification writing, sensory evaluations, and close collaboration with technical, production, and commercial teams.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree in Food Science or a related discipline, along with practical experience in NPD or technical roles within food manufacturing. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
