Your new role
As NPD Technologist, you’ll support the development of new products from concept through to launch. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you’ll assist in kitchen trials, scale-up processes, and factory validations. You’ll be responsible for writing specifications, conducting sensory and shelf-life testing, and ensuring all products meet technical and commercial requirements. The role offers hands-on involvement across development, technical, and production functions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in an NPD or technical role within food manufacturing, ideally chilled or ambient.
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and product specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
- Good communication skills and a creative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to support factory trials and customer presentations.
