Your new role
As NPD Technologist, you’ll play a key role in developing new products from concept through to launch. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Technical, Production, and Commercial to ensure products meet customer expectations, cost targets, and quality standards. The role will involve hands-on factory trials, ingredient research, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the development process.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll ideally have a degree in Food Science or a related discipline, along with experience in a product development or technical role within food manufacturing. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience working in dairy or chilled categories would be a bonus.
