Your new role
As NPD Manager, you’ll lead the development of new products from concept through to launch, working cross-functionally with technical, production, and commercial teams. You’ll manage the NPD pipeline, oversee trials, and ensure all products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, ideal for someone passionate about innovation in food.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in NPD within food manufacturing, ideally in meat or poultry
- Strong project management and communication skills
- A degree in Food Science or a related discipline
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with customers
- Knowledge of Irish and UK retailer standards is a plus
