Hays are looking for an experienced Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (Substance Misuse)to work in Manchester
Working hours are full time 37.5hours per week Monday-Friday 9-5.
Locum contract dates to be confirmed
Pay rate £52 - £58 (no limited companies’ workers will be accepted)
In your role you will:
Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.
Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Current NMC registration
Previous experience as NMP at a Drug Treatment service
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
